Thinkers50 announced the top management thinkers of the year 2015.
The most influential living management thinker is Mr. Michael Porter of Harvard Business School, a well deserved distinction having in mind the tremendous influence on business strategy, his Five Forces Framework competitive model being the most known and used.
The greatest innovation specialist and inventor of the disruption concept – prof. Clayton Christensen, placed 2nd. The innovation community is very proud of his achievement, he placed first in 2011 and 2013.
In the 3rd position are placed the INSEAD professors and authors of one of the best business books ever (“Blue Ocean Strategy”) – W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne.
They are followed by some other brilliant thinkers like Marshall Goldsmith (placed 5th) and Roger Martin (placed 7th).
Innovation Award winner is Harvard Business School Prof. Linda Hill, with Vijay Govindarajan, Scott Anthony and Rowan Gibson between others on the short list.
